- Minimum age of renter 28 years, no bachelor party rent
- Group members ages are requested before a rental agreement is accepted
- 7 day minimum stay (or ask)
- 10% discount for two weeks stay or longer
- 30% deposit when booking
- 70% due 6 weeks prior to arrival
- Pets are not accepted, only upon prior agreement
- All deposits and payments are not refunded upon cancellation
- Refundable €750 damage deposit may be requested upon arrival for new renters
- Pool/jacuzzi usage at own risk
