Skiathos has it all. Regardless if you are a couple, a family with small/older childre or a group of friends you will find what you want here. If you are looking for a sandy family beach for young children, an almost empty romantic small beach, a beach with music and activities for the younger or if you want to sail around the island to discover smaller islands and beaches - then this is your island.

A small city full of romantic and scenic valleys for strolling, shopping or just dining & wining but also with a part full of discotheques and bars. The ancient city of Kastro and the monestary are musts for those of cultural interest. With 25 walking tracks and beaches around the whole island there is plenty to discover.

Or why not take one of the many cruises to Skopelos, Alonissos, Kastro or other small islands. Maybe rent a sailing cruiser for a day or two. You may go fishing or take a boat to spot dolphins or turtles. There are many offerings for scuba diving, snorkeling, small boat rentals, cannoing, kite surfing, windsurfing, stand up paddling, water jets, water skiing etc. If you want you may as well rent a boat, a scooter or a car and discover this lovely green island on your own – maybe you find your own special place on Skiathos and fall in love – fall in love with Skiathos.
