The Salina Villa offers housekeeping on a weekly basis and pool cleaning twice a week. The Main Villa floor area is 153 sqm and the studio 41 sqm excluding an outside storage room and a pool room. Total plot size is 4005 sqm. There is also a private parking for both the Main Villa and the Studio as well as an own gate with remote control for full privacy.The villa is built 2018 with Skiathos stone walls and glass fences for unobstructed views.
